Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All Valeria Lingerie orders are shipped in a plain package, with no logos or reference to the contents.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and most European countries. You'll see prices in your local currency.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate of €7 or the equivalent in your currency. Shipping is free on orders from €150.
How long will my order take?
Between 8 and 26 days from order confirmation, depending on the destination. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. More info on our shipping page.
Which size should I choose?
Our pieces come in S to L. Each product has its own size guide with bust and hip measurements, and you can find the full guide here. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How does “Add and save” work?
The more pieces you take, the more you save: 2 pieces −10%, 3 pieces −20% and 4 or more −25%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I return lingerie?
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with its hygiene liner and all tags. See our returns policy.
