30-day returns
At VALERIA LINGERIE we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with its hygiene liner intact and all tags attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging or one that protects it properly.
- Items that have been worn or had the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How to request a return
- Write to us from the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a faulty item or one that doesn't match your order, contact us with a photo and we'll fix it at no cost to you; in that case, we cover the return shipping.
